Using AR technology to reshape vision protection
Rokid has strict requirements for the functional experience standards of consumer-grade AR glasses: they need to be lightweight, wearable all day, and seamlessly integrate virtual and real worlds to truly qualify as consumer-grade AR glasses.
The selection of glasses is crucial in this regard.
Previously, the Rokid Max obtained certifications from the internationally renowned independent third-party inspection, testing, and certification organization, TUV Rheinland in Germany. These certifications include flicker-free certification, eye comfort (AR) certification, and low blue light certification, providing comprehensive protection for users' eye health.
Based on this, Rokid ultimately established the combination of Rokid Max and Rokid Station, and introduced the new generation Rokid AR eye protection package equipped with this solution, leading into the era of smart glasses.
The vision fatigue relief system of Rokid Station alleviates visual fatigue through three steps: vision testing, dynamic eye training, and eye muscle relaxation videos, enhancing users' eye-brain cognition and thus alleviating visual fatigue.
Unlike existing head-mounted AR devices, Rokid Max adopts an ultra-light and comfortable design, weighing only 75g, which is equivalent to the weight of an egg. This design aims to ensure comfort for users during prolonged wear.
In terms of vision, Rokid Max offers a FOV of 50 degrees, providing an equivalent of a 215-inch 120Hz borderless screen at a distance of 6 meters. Additionally, it has been upgraded to support nearsightedness adjustment from 0 to 600 degrees, eliminating the need to wear glasses.
The equipped voice control feature makes human-machine interaction simpler and more natural. It also supports interaction modes such as 3 degrees of freedom (3DOF) and head control, truly ushering in the era of spatial computing. With the integration of bilinear noise reduction microphones and 2D/3D switching, it delivers a more immersive experience that aligns with human visual perception.

Apart from AR, AI is ubiquitous.
Previously, Rokid collaborated with China Eye Valley, actively exploring ophthalmic intelligent diagnosis and rehabilitation equipment with "AI+AR" as the core technology.
Now, Rokid has taken the lead in providing its own answer to the industry.
In order to leverage the advantages of AI more effectively, the Rokid AR Eye Care Kit is equipped with the independently developed "Visual Fatigue Relief System," further enhancing the protection of adolescent eye health. The product safeguards the vision of adolescents from two dimensions: eye dynamic training and visual fatigue relief system.
1.Eye Dynamic Training：
Visual information is received by the eyes, but it still needs to be processed by the brain before it can be "seen." The human brain also controls the movement and focusing of the eyes. Eye movement training can effectively enhance the visual ability of the eye-brain system, helping to alleviate visual fatigue.
Rokid's training algorithm logic presents dynamic eye movement training by displaying various forms, directions, sizes, and positions of "E." Users observe the direction of the displayed "E" and press the corresponding directional key to complete the eye movement training, aiming to enhance eye-brain coordination.
2. Visual Fatigue Relief Videos：
By watching eye muscle relaxation 3D videos, adjusting the focus of the eyes, and stretching the tense and stiff internal and external eye muscles, effective relief from eye fatigue can be achieved.
The Rokid AR eye care kit has been jointly tested and confirmed by the Chinese Eyeglass Valley, the National Eye Disease Clinical Research Center, and the National Innovation Center for Health Display. A complete process (including eye movement training and eye muscle relaxation 3D video, approximately 5 minutes) has a significant positive effect on relieving visual fatigue.
