12月2日消息，天眼查 APP 显示，JBD发生工商变更，企业注册资本从 5584.171300 万元人民币变更为 5661.490600 万元人民币，新增股东上海混沌投资（集团）有限公司，上海科创中心贰号私募投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙），或完成新一轮融资。
截至目前，JBD 共完成 7 轮融资，来到 Pre-B 轮，此前的投资方包括蚂蚁集团、吉利控股、同创伟业、广发乾和等。
9月20日，JBD发布AR光引擎蜂鸟Mini Ⅱ，大小仅0.15cm³，刷新了AR 光引擎的尺寸纪录。

目前，星纪魅族StarV Air2、Rokid Glasses、INMO GO等AR眼镜新产品均搭载JBD AR光引擎蜂鸟Mini Ⅱ。
