「诺视科技」宣布成功点亮0.39英寸XGA Micro-LED微显示屏,公司将持续推进WLVSP™的技术迭代和商业化落地。
近日,「诺视科技」成功实现0.39英寸XGA Micro-LED微显示屏点亮,标志着公司WLVSP™ (Wafer Level Vertically Stacked Pixels,晶圆级垂直堆叠像素)技术方案取得重大突破,同时也为堆叠彩色微显示屏打下坚实基础。
Micro-LED发展至今,行业普遍面临芯片良率低、产品成本高、红色发光效率低等一系列问题。自「诺视科技」成立后,公司采用自主研发的VSP创新性技术,深度融合集成电路工艺,开辟了一条高性能、高良率、低成本产业化之路。
此次「诺视科技」Micro-LED微显示芯片点亮,是诺视自研VSP堆叠技术方案的重大突破,公司研发团队将持续迭代VSP技术,在最快的时间内推出堆叠彩色产品,全面推动公司核心技术产品的产业化进程。公司在与湖南大学产学研合作中,逐步实现了大尺寸硅基集成电路工艺和VSP技术方案的统一。未来公司将与湖南大学一道,在Micro-LED领域前瞻性技术开发方面展开多层次合作。
「诺视科技」CTO朱酉良表示,“0.39英寸Micro-LED微显示屏的点亮,是我们VSP技术方案落地的第一步,我们在第一天即以严格的标准来要求我们交付的产品,每一次的工艺节点都按照量产产品的标准进行调试。我们将不断提高研发能力,迭代工艺技术,未来会在更小屏幕尺寸、更高PPI以及堆叠彩色化方面实现更多突破,推出更具颠覆性和竞争力的产品。”
Innovision Technology focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of Micro-LED chips. As the core component of the next-generation smart terminals, Micro-LED is mainly applied in areas such as AR/VR/MR head-mounted displays (HMDs), automotive HUDs, micro-projection, and medium to large-sized displays. The Innovision team was among the earliest in China to engage in the R&D and small-scale production of Micro-LED micro-display chips. They are also the first team in China to deeply integrate integrated circuit manufacturing processes with Micro-LED chip production.
Innovision's unique VSP (Vertical Stacked Pixel) technology, combined with an 8-inch integrated circuit production line, offers high performance, low cost, and high yield mass production capabilities. It serves as the optimal solution for the rapid commercialization and widespread adoption of Micro-LED technology. Along the same technological roadmap, Innovision can simultaneously produce both Micro-LED macrochip and micro-display panel products. Operating under an IDM (Integrated Device Manufacturer) model, they have full control over the entire process from patent layout, product design, production manufacturing, to packaging and testing.
