天眼查App显示，近日，罗永浩AR创业公司北京细红线科技有限公司发生工商变更，经营范围新增移动终端设备制造、销售，移动通信设备制造、销售，物联网设备制造、销售等。
该公司成立于2018年7月，法定代表人为王威，注册资本1亿人民币，由ALWAYS ON TECH PTE.LTD.全资持股。
据报道，今年1月，针对媒体报道“罗永浩的细红线公司业务从AR转型大模型”一事，该公司相关人士回应称，报道不实，罗永浩仍专注于AR软硬件。此前，罗永浩在直播时谈及细红线的进展，他表示，“已经埋头研发了一年，故意没有声音。”
