According to the equity information query, it was found that Xinyuan Semiconductor underwent an investor change on March 4th. Currently, PICOHEART (SG) PTE. LTD. holds 9.5% of the shares, making it the third largest shareholder. Additionally, according to Finance Link News, PICOHEART (SG) PTE. LTD. is a subsidiary of ByteDance.

ByteDance stated that this equity investment would contribute to the development of its virtual reality headsets.
ReRAM, based on the resistive switching principle, changes resistance by applying specific voltages and records data based on the resistance level. It is widely considered a feasible alternative to NOR flash memory and is suitable for embedded applications.
