Savlus exhibits T series full-color micro-displays, etc.
Savlus brought the T series of micro-displays for full-color AR, and also exhibited the R series of quantum dot direct display large-screen displays in large sizes.
Savlus is a supplier of in-situ quantum dot Micro LED display solutions. The company has original technologies such as semipolar gallium nitride and nanopore quantum dots (NPQD), and can design and manufacture Micro LED chips and micro display modules for customers in the display field.
At the beginning of this year, Savlus launched the latest micro-display product T2 series, which is 0.39 inches in size, has 1641PPI, and a resolution of 512*384. Compared with the previous generation products, the color gamut has increased by 70%, and the brightness has increased by 40%. Color display is more vivid.
Savlus plans to launch a 0.26-inch full-color Micro LED microdisplay based on T2 microdisplay technology at the end of the second quarter of this year, which can meet the DCI-P3 color gamut standard and is expected to have a peak brightness of more than 500,000nits.
VueReal launches full-color Micro LED-LCOS hybrid microdisplay
At the SID exhibition, Canadian Micro LED technology developer VueReal launched a new AR microdisplay ColourFusion, which integrates full-color Micro LED technology, image quality enhancement algorithms and LCOS (liquid crystal on silicon) system to provide higher pixels in low power consumption mode density and sharper visuals, and produces a full spectrum of vivid colors and high contrast.
It is worth noting that in March this year, VueReal also teamed up with Continental Group to create Micro LED automotive displays; and in April, VueReal established a strategic partnership with semiconductor equipment manufacturer Toray Engineering of Japan to promote Micro LED displays and Global application of micro semiconductor products.
Raysolve displays full-color Micro LED products
Leiyu demonstrated full-color Micro LED micro-display products. It is reported that Leiyu is a high-tech enterprise focusing on Micro LED micro-display CMOS chip architecture design, process and monolithic full-color technology research and development.
At the CES 2024 exhibition earlier this year, Leiyu brought 0.11-inch and 0.22-inch full-color Micro LED microdisplays and demonstrated a binocular full-color optical waveguide module. On the basis of achieving an ultra-high resolution of 7200PPI, Leiyu has successfully increased the full-color brightness of the product from the original 100,000 nits to 150,000 nits.
Through the self-developed photolithographic quantum dot process (QDPR), the sRGB color gamut ratio of Leiyu's full-color micro display has been increased from 133% to 147.2%, the NTSC color gamut ratio has been increased from 94.2% to 104.3%, and the DCI-P3 color gamut ratio has been increased from 133% to 147.2%. The domain ratio increased from 98.1% to 108.5%.
Porotech showcases Micro LED displays, AR glasses, light engines, etc.
