Meta Quest 3s head-mounted display poster exposed: It is expected to be equipped with a 4MP color-through camera, priced at $299

According to news on May 21, there has been constant news about the Meta Quest 3s "entry version" VR headset. The source, Lunayian, today released a new official poster of this headset and revealed the specific parameter information of this headset.

Based on previous reports, this headset can be regarded as a version of Quest 2 that "replaces SoC and adds new cameras". It mainly uses Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 in terms of SoC, and also adds "4 infrared sensors, 2 "4MP color transparent camera and 1 depth sensor", other specifications are consistent with the previous Quest 2 head display, including a panel with a single-eye resolution of 1823x1920 (up to 120Hz) and Fresnel lenses.

In addition, this headset will also use the Touch Plus controller of Quest 3, but users need to purchase it additionally; in terms of price, the machine is said to be priced at US$299 (IT Home Note: currently about 2162 yuan), In line with Quest 2 pricing levels.
